A cold and hot integrated machine is a temperature control machine that can perform both heating and cooling functions. When the hot and cold integrated machine is working, the pump drives the heat transfer medium from the oil tank equipped with a built-in heater to the mold temperature machine equipment, and then returns to the oil tank from the temperature control equipment. The controller adjusts the temperature of the temperature control equipment by adjusting the temperature of the hot fluid based on the temperature sensor measured by the temperature sensor or the temperature inside the temperature control equipment.
In ordinary injection molding processing, setting the mold temperature low can shorten the molding cycle, but it is prone to wire convergence, resulting in poor appearance quality. On the contrary, setting the mold temperature high can improve the appearance quality of the product surface, but it is prone to warping, sinking, dimensional defects, etc., while prolonging the molding cycle and increasing costs. The cold and hot integrated mold temperature machine's cold and hot technology can simultaneously solve the above two problems. It uses steam and cooling water generated by an oil boiler to control the temperature of the mold during a molding cycle, thus enabling the advantages of both methods to be fully utilized. It can eliminate surface weld lines, weld marks, ripples, and silver wire patterns on the product, completely solve the surface shrinkage phenomenon of plastic products, and make the surface smoothness of the product reach mirror level. The product does not require spray coating for subsequent processing, effectively reducing costs and shortening delivery time.
